Blonde Angel Street Charity Donation

The Team at Nilaqua are passionate about the environment. That’s why we do all we can and dedicate our time, resources and money supporting those in most need. Ensuring non recyclable products don’t end up in landfill.

We were contacted by Blonde Angel Street Team who was formed in Bristol in 2019 by two people each carrying five survival backpacks, Sean & Ella. It is a group of volunteers with one common goal to help homeless people on the streets.

Collecting and distributing kindly donated essential supplies at a weekly Sunday drop. These include Hot Food, Hot Drinks, Snacks, Toiletries, Clothing, Bags & other various essentials!

In addition a fantastic mobile team covers street walks in Bristol and Bath on various days. Shelters and newly housed people requiring essential supplies are also catered for where possible.

After coming across our business they were impressed with the range of products and our list of charities we already support.

They were particularly interested in our ‘Towel Off’ shampoo and body washes, so we have organised for a large quantity of various sizes of our shampoo and our antimicrobial, antiviral skin cleanser to help with germs, bacteria and infection.

NHS Donations for their 'Hand Healthy' Campaign

Throughout the pandemic and beyond, NHS staff have been tirelessly taking care of us, especially during COVID.

Now that everyone's back and starting to get used to the 'new normal', Waterless Limited wanted to show our appreciation to all the amazing NHS staff who have kept us safe during the last 18months.

Waterless Limited took part in the 'Hand-Healthy' campaign and donated our best selling fragranced hand sanitiser to help soothe and protect our NHS heroes from sore cracked hands.

As you can see, the staff were thrilled to receive their gifts.

Greyhound Trust - West Wales Branch Charity Donation and Volunteering

Waterless Limited has a long standing history with animal charities and this year we choose Greyhound Trust - West Wales Branch as our newest charity partnership.

This fantastic charity is incredibly underfunded and is in constant need of volunteers. Jess and Vic spend most weekends volunteering at the trust and donated pet shampoo, antimicrobial surface spray, sanitiser and most recently Vic helped to install sanitiser dispensers throughout the entire site.

Giving Back for Christmas 2020

The Nelson Trust

As part of our Nilaqua Christmas donations, we have donated hand sanitiser to local charity The Nelson Trust, who help rehabilitate those who are living with addictions and complex needs.

They do amazing work and we hope this donation will ease the pressure, so that the trust can put their money into other resources, such as the working they are putting in to building a new pod, which is looking fantastic, and will allow members to see their family over Christmas, whilst still adhering to social distancing rules.

The Door Youth Project

As part of our Nilaqua Christmas donations, we have donated hand sanitiser to local charity The Door Youth Project, who's mission is to bring hope into the lives of young people and their families.

They do amazing work and we hope this gift will ease some of the strain caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Bristol Royal Hospital for Children

Christmas came early for Bristol Royal Hospital for Children with our donation of Nilaqua Alcohol-Free Sanitiser.
We sent over £7000 worth or our 100ml bottles for the staff and children at the hospital. Our team hope this can relieve the strain caused by the Covid-19 pandemic especially over this festive season!

Nilaqua donated sanitiser to linkey which has been used in Christmas hampers for the Burnt Oak food bank.
The charity help the homeless in the UK working with shelters and foodbanks to provide the essentials they need.

Nilaqua wanted to give back to the amazing charity Together for Mental Wellbeing.
The charity support people with mental health issues. They help them to lead independent, fulfilling lives as part of their communities. We think they do fantastic work and we hope our donation of sanitiser has helped them through these times.

During these unprecedented times, hand hygiene has never been more important. That is why we launched our #ITSINYOURHANDS sanitiser campaign.

For every limited edition bottle sold, we put a percentage of the money into sanitiser donations for charities who urgently needed sanitiser. So for every purchase, you helped to protect yourselves and the community.

Well Child

Nilaqua are proud to be supporting Well Child, a Cheltenham charity who support children living with illness. They provide care to enable these children to return home, helping them with mental and physical support, for the whole family.

Well Child Website

Longfield Hospice

Longfield Hospice supports adults with end of life care. They offer services for both the person and their families to come to terms with the diagnosis, by providing workshops, activities, counselling and much more. All of these services are free, so they heavily rely on public donations to be able to keep running these services.

Due to the pandemic much of this fundraising has not been possible, so every donation is hugely valuable to them. If you think you can help them with a donation, visit here.

HFT Gloucestershire

Nilaqua is proud to have donated cases of hand sanitiser to local charity HFT in Gloucestershire, as part of our charity initiative. COVID-19 has caused a strain on resources and essential workers, so it is amazing that we can give a little bit back.

HFT Provides services for people living with learning difficulties, their work and care of the people, is essential, and during these times it's even more essential for them to be protected.

Alzheimer's Society

Packaged up and sent to their offices across the country.

The Alzheimer's society is a leading dementia charity. They raise money to help with the research and support of those living with dementia. Their nurses and patients have been in desperate need of sanitiser during this COVID-19 pandemic. It is a pleasure to be able to donate this to them.

Nilaqua and the Alzheimer's society have previously made links because of our Towel-off Body wash and shampoo range, which assists in the daily lives of nurses and patients living with dementia.

Cashes Green Community Allotments

Chatting to Down To Earth, Stroud, a charity who encourages us to produce our own nutritious food, they also organise volunteers to work on community projects. Their current project is ‘Cashes Green Community Allotments’ which is a spot located close to our HQ.

It has been great to gift this local charity with sanitiser, so they can keep safe and continue their efforts to make improvements to the community. By making allotments, it improves mental health, healthy eating and helps to connect the community.
